Trigger Integration

We are thrilled to announce the release of a major feature upgrade, known as Trigger Integrations. This innovative tool empowers users to receive numerous events from external systems, such as webhooks, and process them with AI bots configured in ChatBotKit.

ChatBotKit’s Trigger Integration is designed to operate seamlessly in the background. Once a trigger receives an event, it schedules it for execution and immediately provides a response, allowing your application to continue its tasks without delay. The event is then processed by an AI bot, which can subsequently activate other systems such as skillsets and datasets and perform an autonomous action.

The introduction of Trigger Integrations marks a significant milestone in the development of autonomous AI agents.
